A useful first test
Open the movie list and then one title you recognize. If both load, the website is responding; an old bookmark or a very specific search may be the problem. Try fewer words, remove active filters and add the production’s year only when you need to distinguish versions. Ginny & Georgia and Ginny and Georgia refer to the same series.
The page opens but the search stays empty
Search and personal lists use JavaScript. Reload once, check whether the browser permits scripts, and try the regular movie or TV listing while you investigate. An impossible date range also stops filtered results. Set the starting date before the ending date. A missing title does not prove that the whole site is down.
Watch now opens, but the episode is wrong
Check the year, country edition and season. Love Island USA is different from the British Love Island. The Traitors has separate British and American competitions. Our version guide makes those distinctions visible before you choose a viewing option.
Video is buffering or subtitles disappear
The viewing service controls the player after you leave the title page. Pause briefly, reduce the selected quality, close other active video tabs and test the connection with another video on that service. Subtitle timing and sound-track options belong to that particular edition. Repeatedly changing the MoviesToWatch search cannot repair a player on another website.
Do not start by clearing all browser storage. That can remove your Watchlist and checkpoints. Copy a list backup before any browser reset.
